Shipping Policy

We ship both domestically within India and internationally.

Domestic Shipping

We have structured our shipping to be fair across India — cheaper for nearby orders, with free shipping available on larger orders across every region.

Free Shipping Thresholds (varies by region):

Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: Free Shipping on orders ₹799+ (up to 3 kg).
Karnataka & Tamil Nadu: FREE shipping on orders ₹999+ (up to 2.5 kg).
Maharashtra: FREE shipping on orders ₹999+ (up to 2 kg).
Rest of India: FFREE shipping on orders ₹1,499+ (up to 2 kg)
Orders are shipped via Bluedart, ATS, or Delhivery.
Domestic shipping is free for orders above 499.
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

COD fee of ₹99 applies for orders with order value above ₹999.
COD fee of ₹99 applies for orders with order value ₹999 or below.
COD is available for select products only and up to a maximum order value of ₹2000, subject to serviceability.

Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

Due to the freshly prepared and perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the status changes to Processing, whichever is earlier.
No cancellation or store credit once processing or dispatch has begun.

Store Credit Terms

Issued after deduction of applicable charges
Valid for 45 days
One-time use, non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash

Returns

No returns or exchanges are accepted due to food safety reasons.
